All work is custom, developed exclusively for the client to address issues specific to the company or site.

Consulting services have been provided for a wide range of retail stores, including luxury fashion department stores, traditional fashion department stores, discount stores, electronics, catalog, hardware/home center, general merchandise, lifestyle furniture, auto after-market - parts, tires, and service, baby stores, value/dollar stores, and grocer/ food specialists.  

Shopping centers studied have ranged from large to small: multi-anchor regional malls to power centers with three to four mid-sized anchors to lifestyle centers to Hispanic-oriented specialty centers.
